Delivery

For me, safe and careful delivery of my furniture from the workshop to my customer is a key part of the service I provide. Unless it is absolutely impractical, I aim to deliver each piece personally to the customers delivery address and position the item in its designated area, all ready to go.

To date, most of my customers have been in the UK however in the past 12 months, I have started to receive enquiries and commissions from Europe, specifically Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium & France. Whilst personal delivery to these locations is not always practical, I already have an arrangement in place for safe and insured delivery through a local logistics company, the cost of which is not prohibitive.

Having admired Craig’s carpentry skills over a number of shows that I had been demonstrating at, I finally got the chance to have a chat with him. This was the start of a number of conversations I would have with Craig before finally being in the position to purchase one of his great fly dresser’s in oak.

I am extremely pleased with the bespoke dresser that Craig has designed for me. The quality, attention to detail and superb craftmanship cannot be faulted. Every detail is thoughtfully considered with great care and attention to your own specific needs even down to the delivery of the dresser to your house by Craig himself.

All solid timber materials used by Hilditch Wood Design are supplied by local companies. These companies source their timber from carefully and sustainably managed forests from which the timber is either in PEFC or FSC certified.
